Conditions of Sale

  1. Payment terms are due upon receipt unless prior written approval.
  2. Freight: F.O.B. warehouse Tampa, FL
  3. Shipping policy: If product is in stock, orders will typically ship same day if received before 2:00pm.
  4. Pricing, specifications and terms are subject to change without notice.
  5. Return policy:  National2Way will accept returns on NEW product, in original packaging, within 90 days of original purchase date with a 20% restocking fee. Individual restocking issues will be determined by National2Way. After 90 days, National2Way will not accept returns.
  6. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and wire transfers of remittances for payment.
  7. Warranty: 36 months from date of manufacture stamped on the product at National2Way’s factory, or date of invoice; excluding wireless products. Wireless products have a 12 month warranty from the date of manufacture stamped on the product at National2Way’s factory, or invoice date.
  8. Applicable taxes, shipping expenses, duties, and charges are in addition to the prices shown.
  9. Customer purchase orders are subject to the following:
    1. Acceptance upon receipt
    2. Customer cannot change or alter delivery dates after order has shipped.
    3. Terms of payment must be on Purchase Orders.
    4. Shipment and taxes may be applied or altered after N2W receives the purchase order
    5. Address of delivery destination
    6. All special delivery instructions
    7. Purchase Order number
    8. Order information
    9. Full name, title and contact information for authorized purchasing party.
  10. National2Way audio accessory products are designed to produce a specific audio output level at maximum rated power. Modifying these devices in any way, including or removing components and accessories may change audio output of the device and result in PERMANENT HEARING DAMAGE.

 

Many countries have regulations defining the amount of noise that an individual can be subjected to during a normal workday. The duration of exposure, the level or audio output and the level of ambient noise will affect compliance to these regulations. Compliance is application dependent and standards vary. It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the end-user to determine applicability of, and compliance to, local hearing protection guidelines.

 

In addition, if purchasing any N2W accessory which use earphones kits, it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the user to determine proper fit. Always use caution when inserting any of the products into the ear.

Warranty

National2Way warrants all products against defects in materials of workmanship for 36 months from the date of purchase with the exception of wireless products which are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase. National2Way will repair or replace a defective unit, at our option, without charge for parts of labor. The limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is valid only to consumers in the United States and Canada. It does not cover damage or failure caused by or attributable to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper maintenance, lightning or other incidences of excessive voltage, or any tampering or repairs other than N2W authorized repair facilities. It does not cover replacement of consumable products, transportation costs, or damage in transit. This warranty will become void if the serial number or model number identification has been wholly or partially removed or erased.

Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not extend the terms of this warranty. The warranty can only be modified by an officer of National2Way, and then only in writing. Should this product prove to be defective in workmanship or materials, the consumer’s sole remedies shall be repair or replacement as provided by the terms of this warranty. Under no circumstance shall N2W be liable for any loss or damage, direct consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty give you specific rights. You may also have rights, which vary from state to state.

 

Return Procedure

National 2Way is committed to our dealers/customers. We are recognized worldwide for innovative, durable products with superior performance. All products are vigorously tested to exceed industry standards. We do recognize that we have a need to replace faulty equipment from time-to-time and we want this to be as painless as possible for you so you can take care of your customers.

We provide a three year warranty on all of our speakers, headsets and microphones and a one year warranty on all of our wireless products. Notes

Dealer pre-Testing of Equipment – please take the time to Dealer test all products before returning them to N2W. If N2W service technicians are unable to duplicate or determine the stated failure mode, the product will be returned.

 

Warranty vs Non-warranty – If the failure mode is determined to be a warranty issued, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the failure mode is determined to be non-warranty issues, the parts will be returned to the customer/dealer, along with a Failure Analysis Report. At N2W’s discretion, minor rework may be performed after contact is made with the customer/dealer to ensure an understanding of how the failure occurred.

 

Repair Service – National2Way provides repair service for selected products. Contact customer service for further information. Several replacement part options are available which will allow your technician to repair your unit; thereby avoiding the purchase of a new unit.
