Please follow the steps below to submit a request a Rapid Warranty. All replacement products will ship next business day via FedEx.
1. Complete the below form or call 1-877-692-5330 to begin your replacement request. You will need the item and original purchase date, along with shipping information.
2. Collect the defective product from your customer and hold it in a designated area of your office. Please do not ship defective products back to National 2 Way. We will reach out to you periodically to ship any inventory of defective product you have on-hand to us.
