Our SM8 Remote Speaker Microphone has been fire tested in a controlled environment @ 350 degrees for over 10 minutes with minor cosmetic damage & no damage to the function of the mic. Communication confidence is KEY in their important role & we would like to extend our Fire Protection Guarantee to fully replace a damaged or defective SM8 due to direct fire for up to 3 years after purchase. Your Rapid Response team will send you out a new mic with appropriate connector (within 24 hours if in stock) & request the damaged mic back. This will give you confidence in your communications & trust that National 2Way will take great care of you along the way. |
